Local tax Fiemme Valleviva:  2,50 € per day for the environment and for you! (Children below 13 years of age are exempted). The Fiemme Guest Card in included - the tourist benefit card at Val di Fiemme that allows you to enjoy discounts on numerous activities, amusements parks, shops and museums. Only with Fiemme Guest Card the public transport in Trentino can be used for free!
New in winter: private shuttle service to Ski Center Latemar.

Our prices include: final cleaning, LCD colour TV, bedclothes, towels, table cloth, access to pool, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, cold mist, outdoor Jacuzzi, Kneipp tub, fitness centre as well as excursions and guided skiing with the staff of Hotel Ancora, WLAN.
Security deposit:  100.00 € payable upon arrival (along the remaining rent fee). The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, when the keys have been returned and the apartment has been inspected (except costs arising from repair or replacement of possible damage).  
All guests of Residence Kristall may enjoy the comprehensive services offered by the restaurant at Hotel Ancora: 10% discount for residence's guests.
